Tiegan Daly

Tiegan is a word that means beautiful and that is why it suited my wee angel as a name because she was beautiful. Tiegan was my second baby to be born premature and only a year after my first angel was born and passed away I had to go through it all again . I felt like I was in hell or having an horrific nightmare that I couldn't ever wake up from. My little Tiegan was 275.5g but her heart and spirit was strong. She lived for an hour and I got to hold her and hug her for that hour ,I hummed a song to her called "The Prettiest Little Angel" which is a song my mother had wrote years earlier for my sister who had passed away at only four months. I slept for a while that night with Tiegan in the bed beside me, I had a dream about her where I was holding her and she opened her eyes and smiled at me . I believe that was her spirit granting me a wish because all I wanted that night was to see her smiling up at me. Any time now when I dream of her it's the same only she is growing up in my dreams, but she always looks at me and smiles and then she is gone. I dressed Tiegan in the sweetest little pink outfit that my aunt got me off a baby doll. Sometimes I think I can hear little children laughing when there's nobody around. I like to think that it is my two little angels playing in heaven.
